When I was shopping on West Coast Supply for this review, I was impressed by the Blue Dream and the Lemon Drop. But, before I could buy these items, I had to complete a few steps.

3. Add items to my shopping cart

4. Pay for my order via Interac E-Transfer

I made an order on Monday morning. I ordered the Blue Dream and Lemon Drop, which Coast me $140. West Coast Supply shipped it later that day but did not provide tracking information. The estimated waiting period I was given was 2-3 business days. My package arrived on Friday, which was one day later than estimated.

The packaging was remarkable. The box was neat, with minimal identifying customer information. The package was vacuum-sealed. The strains were in individual air-sealed Ziploc bags. None of the strains were squished or compressed. They made it to my doorstep in good condition.

The quality of the strains was top-tier. The lemon Drop had an amazing flavor and smoked nicely. The buds of the Blue Dream were a bit small with a few stems, but the flavor and smoke experience were good.

    WestCoastSupply chiming in here, we pride ourselves in customer service and work 7 days a week replying to ALL emails, we don’t leave any unresponsive emails ESPECIALLY if there’s an issue.       Hello, I’m not sure how often you check this site Mr Wong but I have to agree with the above comments that your Customer Service details could be improved. I made an order 5 days ago and have yet to receive confirmation that my items were shipped. I received an email from someone asking my order number so they could look into it and the only reply I received a day later was the same payment invoice that I had sent your company to acknowledge that I had in fact paid.
      Further. Ore, your site indicates that a live chat is available starting at 11am Pacific time on weekdays, which it is not -(at least on mobile).

      WCS does not answer email 7 days a week,mostly 4-5 days a week when they feel like it.
      And when you make a complaint and are not happy with the quality of product for the price paid,then TOMMY WONG will totally ignore you and delete all reviews posted on their website so nobody will know of the low quality batch with powdered mildew weed they are selling at the moment of said review!

      Thanks, the real issue is the delay and uncertainty concerning the crazy postal tracking updates and receiving my package. Even if it has nothing to do with you directly the tracking shows the item is still in richmond which I believe is the point of origin. Does not matter if it was the long weekend or not. That one holiday is not even an issue and has nothing to do with this! A week later and it shows my package is still in richmond? When you say “Hopefully we will get a move on that soon” that seems to imply you will be having contact with this package again for what purpose? Was the correct address on the package to begin with? This is quite the shitty experience with the shipping from you guys not experienced with other MOMs I have ordered from. These tracking errors and delays have been occurring with my last two orders. Very unreliable and unsatisfactory. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE FROM YOU GUYS AND WHEN AM I GOING TO GET IT? The response I have received from you is irrelevant to my concern and seems arrogant in context. You want to keep my business you have to do way better than this.

Despite the long weekend on Monday, we packaged and shipped your order out on on the same day. Because Canada Post does not operate on holidays, they did not process your package until Tuesday, September 8th.

      Looking at your tracking, there was a processing error yesterday and that caused your package to be routed to Richmond. Hopefully we will get a move on that soon!!

      I live in a different province then BC mr wong. Last time I order from your business. To much hassle. There are multiple processing errors with the tracking of my order. This CSR does not care about customer experience. He sounds like he is just going through customer service motions and could care less. He also comes across a very arrogant with the statement Hopefully we will get a move on that soon!!. What does that exactly mean? Is this some sort of game? There was not one processing error yesterday, there was a whole bunch from when they first mail the bloody package. Poor customer service. I’ve done customer service for years and not just this email but others as well, your customer service is more spotty and sketchy then it seems to be useful and helpful. Great attitude. With everything considered, other peoples reviews and my experience ordering from west coast supply, there are not any reasons to order from you again. Its like where’s my effing order? Will I ever get my effing order? Why is your customer service/business not on top of this and fails miserably in convincing me that they actually care about my order and experience. What are these games with the delivery with my order? So i ordered this on sept 4, customer service is telling me we screwed up on labeling your order and the post office is returning it to us so we can give them a correct address to mail it out to for a second order in a row….and we just found out about this a week later……..Where’s my effing stuff?

    I have ordered from about half a dozen MOM’s and have never had an issue with shipping with any of them except for occasional one or two day delay with receiving it. Now, even though West Coast Supply may have some competitive value and quality with their stock and so forth, it does not matter if they can not get their orders to their customers on time without questionable hassle. Two out of my three orders with them have had some “re-routed due to processing error, possible delay”. My current order which I ordered on Sept 4 2020 is stuck at the point of origin in some postal processing “bullshit” at current time (sept 11 2020). You look at the tracking info and you be the judge.

    I spoke to WCS customer service and they said it was because the post office had not set up covid protocols. According to the tracking history this makes as much sense as a smack to the head. They also said they have seen countless packages being rerouted and delayed and assured me I will get my package.

    Well if this is what is happening to many customers packages why order from here? Seriously. If this business can not give satisfactory delivery times using whatever alternate sources to do so, why order from here when you can order from at least 12 different MOMs and get your package on time and with better customer service that does not try to placate your concerns with using the least amount of effort by using two sentences. They say this issue is out of their hands. Regardless will not order from them again. To much delivery bullshit hassle not experienced with any other MOMs that I have ordered from in the same area. Go figure. Get me my package, Dammit!

      Sorry for the inconvenience and frustration. Once we release the orders for shipment, how CP processes it, the delays etc are out of our hands and we do the best we can to look into any inquiries you may have that are outside of our business’ control.

      It has been a week since you placed the order but it has been only been 4 days since Canada Post handled your package.

      We made a call to CP and they were able to locate your package. The tracking shows it is out for delivery now so it is finally on the move. Your package will get to you asap.

      Thanks. But according to the tracking history (which continually gets truncated every few updates) my package has been out for delivery in Delta BC and then afterwards Richmond BC. NOT winnipeg Manitoba which is where I live and where this package is supposed to be delivered. How can you tell me that the tracking shows its out for fucking delivery to me where I live WHEN there is NO such information on the tracking EVER that indicated this package was out for delivery to me where I live? Why are you telling me this when this is not true. Dammit WTF? Right now the tracking show nothing else but a duplicate PIN whatever that means. You don’t even pay attention to factual information on the tracking and you tell me a bunch of BS.

      The tracking shows IT IS NOT on the move so please do not tell me it is when clearly it is NOT. Where’s my package? It’s been 4 full business days since I’ve ordered and this is all the tracking shows? Duplicated PIN? Where’s my package? You made a call and they were able to locate my package? Really? It does not look like it on the tracking, nor does it look or indicate anything is on the move. So much BS I’m fed up. Where’s my package please. And I will never stop asking (among other things) until I receive it. JC man. Sounds like a bunch of a stoned teenagers running a business.

      Stay tuned…will I ever get my package? Will I write a 2000 word seo optimized negative review, spin it, and post to 25 web 2.0 properties? Will I have to file a claims with Canada Post? Will I get more fed up that between west coast supply and Canada Post they can not get a parcel to me without a bunch of BS, hassle and frustration for a simple Xpresspost parcel shipment? Will this piss me off even more that I decide to use 50 web. 2 properties instead of the original planned 25?
      Where’s my bloody package? NO more BS if you can figure out how to do that.
